I really love the size of it. Putting the frame together was way quicker than I expected. However, the roof portion was very difficult. The wood beams were slightly warped so the wholes on the roof panels were not lining up. Two of us were able to assemble in a weekend (frame in 2 hours but the roof took forever) It seems sturdy, it is real wood, but it does seem the wood would wear down or rot fast. These tiles were exactly what I was looking for. It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent.
