This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable.. We have had this mattress for just a little while now and overall I’m really happy with it for the price. It expanded quickly after opening and surprisingly had no odor at all, which I was honestly expecting with a boxed mattress. The medium feel seems pretty accurate. It’s comfortable without feeling overly soft, and I haven’t been waking up sore or stiff. One thing I did notice is it has a little more bounce than I expected from a hybrid mattress, so if you prefer an extra still memory foam feel, that’s something to keep in mind. It also looks really nice once set up and gives the bed a much more updated feel. This mattress arrived very quickly. The box was much larger than I expected and the mattress weighed over 100 pounds. I was really pleasantly surprised since mattress in a box sometimes feels really unsubstantial. The cover on it is really nice. The style and quality of this rainfall showered is top of the line. I can't wait for the plumber to install it. In this era of DIY and independence, I had high hopes of truly doing it myself. The one huge downfall for this unit is the lack of decent instructions, which are ridiculously simplistic. For one thing, not all showers have a straight pipe from the wall, as seen in the photo.
