It’s so low to the ground and it only has a little Velcro strip to keep the two pieces together. I would not call it modular in any way as the pictures suggest it to be. It has one attachment point and one configuration without showing the backing. That said - it’s soft as hell and PINK. The sofa is the perfect size it doesn’t take up my living room at all. It was pretty easy to put together. I did it by myself but it would’ve been better with 2 people. The sofa is a little hard.
