Love these tiles. I looked at several terrazzo look options like Grist, Grain, and Venice, but this one stood out as both more affordable and noticeably higher quality. I used the matte finish on the master bathroom floor for better slip resistance and the polished/glossy finish on the walls for a clean, elevated look. This shower system is exactly as pictured and really pretty in person. The finish is perfect, not too yellow or brassy, and looks so elevated. Love this tile! It has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with… Ordered with quick delivery and. A week later they say it’s back ordered and a month out. Of course it now being delivered to a home I no longer live at then the delivery people break two boxes on delivery and now I'm ONE tile short and all the tile is down. We did a partial remodel and the tile regrout is next. Tub reglaze was done just before thus install and a truly great idea. Unfortunately, our plumber felt land locked into using a Symmons system to match our existing Symmons valve. We could not make Delta system work without a massive tear out. Universal valve didn’t solve the fit and screws in wrong location. So this Symmons was forced as Plan B. The Delta champagne gold was our intention and had already been installed in vanity without a problem. Not loving this very polished brass color. On the BRIGHT side The shower head is huge with 7 variations for water patterns. This is a 3rd floor main bathroom and I wish it had more pressure. 1.5 gpm and we are on a well. There were no install problems encountered by plumber using our original Symmons valve. And because it is a modestly priced unit, maybe we will swap out to a detachable spray head later on. Just know on the color - this is NOT even close to the Delta champagne gold. That is softer dreamy color and all quality, not at all like Symmons brushed brass. This flooring is perfect for the entry area of our house. Initially I was skeptical about ordering 'vinyl' type flooring - we had just put in new hardwood floors (acacia) which is pretty 'stout' and I didn't want something flimsy tying into it especially in a high traffic area. This Engineered Tile is definitely not flimsy, more like slate. I use a wood stove as my primary heat, so this entry sees a lot of heavy traffic and this tile handles it. I would buy it again.. My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. I pre purchased a sample of this tile before my purchase. This being one of three different tiles I’ve purchased for a bathroom remodel I’m in the midst of. I gave it 4 stars because I noticed one of the boxes of tile is crumbled on the edge. Hopefully they are in tact other than the one box. I went with the 10 rule ordering enough tile.
