So far I'm really enjoy the Chefspot. I've only had a chance to take it to work twice, but it's very nice to be able to just plug it in a half hour or so before I would like a hot lunch and be able to eat at my desk quickly and without a mess or a lot of fuss. I have not figured out what you're supposed to do with the handle (I just shove it down in the carrier but there's not a lot of room for it, and it would be nice to have a longer cord to plug it in (I have to put it on the floor in order to plug it in. Also, it seems better suited for soup or something that doesn't need to be cut with a knife and fork - there's not much room for maneuvering within the bowl and it only comes with a small spoon and fork (but those are super cute and really nice to have and come in their own little case). I have not tried plugging in the lunch box in the car and don't know that I will have much of a reason to in the future, but it's nice that it's an option. All in all, a really nice thing to have.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crockpot was one of the better ones that I have used. The programmable options in the front were great and easy to use. I wish it was a little ‘smarter’ and would let me type a time frame instead of having to pick between 2 hour intervals. I cooked a 4.5 lb bone in pork butt to make pulled pork. I had planned to cook it for 7 hours on low, but I was stuck between choosing 6 or 8. Thankfully, I was home and able to check at 6 hours and it was perfect. I do think the temperature might be higher than I’m used to on a low setting; could be an issue for someone who’s not home to check. 2 extra hours could make a difference of perfect pulled pork or tough meat. The locking lid option is great and would be nice for transporting. I wish this model came with a cable keeper like others but it’s okay without it. The 20 oz small sized crockpot made no difference to me. I don’t feel like it’s large enough to justify it for a party. I don’t think it could hold enough anything for more than one person.
