It looked good and was one of the more affordable options to fit the space we needed. Finish was ok, but a little weird. The legs in particular looked great. We ended up moving out of the space though and didn't want to deal with moving it so we sold at a discount to the new tenant. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. We got this installed by the professional. It's not so easy for DIY. You need 240v electrical box. It comes with two controllers, one for inside the shower and one outside. It works good so far.
