Similar to others, the first sink sent was cracked so I had a little delay waiting for the replacement but Wayfair was amazing and sent one immediately. The surface sheet is reinforced with a proprietary resin material which is covered by a layer of Canadian wood and another layer of proprietary resin material to reinforce the base and eliminate the flexing experienced in other products. There are many inexpensive upgrades you can change in your bathroom later, but you want to put the very best shower base or tub in your bath to ensure no leaks and save the expense of having to replace the unit later. The 5-Piece fast-fill (18GPM based on plumbing conditions) faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The Royal also comes with Ella's Dual Drain Technology- the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry. It consists of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, an intensity dial, and strategically positioned hydro jets for a targeted, effective massage. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage is turned on.
