This was delivered well packed with no damage to the product. All hardware was included. I need to note there is not a plate included with this although the instructions include installment for one. UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. I got this on an open box deal so I didn't look too closely to set up etc. First, it's beautiful in the gold finish. It's solid and doesn't feel or look cheap. The sensor is on the side of the faucet which is smart (unlike the last faucet I had, that was in the front so it went off a lot) The talking Myrna, not for me. and I find that the sensor is not very sensitive, it takes a few times to get it to turn on/off. The bad- I was replacing an older battery operated faucet with sensor. I did not know that this new model was a plug in electric operation. That required installation of an outlet under my sink that I had to buddy off an outlet on the other side of my wall. Huge PIA! And it won't run manually b/c the water runs through the module box. It's done now but I wouldn't purchase this again if I had known. I also don't like that when you pull down the sprayer when the faucet is on *but water isn't running b/c I used the sensor) the water doesn't kick on like my old model. I’m really happy with this faucet. The brushed nickel finish looks clean and modern, and it feels solid and well made once installed.
