I purchased the FORNO 30 inch this summer and have been very pleased with its performance. It offers simple yet powerful features and has a beautiful "professional" look. The only issue that I had was when movers slid the range out, one of the legs bent. Customer service was happy to replace when I provided a picture, sales receipt and serial number. Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great.
