I bought this chair for my 91 year-old mother, whose old recliner had worn out. It was easy to put together and fits really nicely in a smaller space. The chair is sturdy and very comfortable, and the upholstery feels like good quality. This would’ve been a five star review if it weren’t for the fact that the recliner lever was damaged on arrival. The chairs is comfortable but the faux leather is noisy. Meaning as the chair reclines the material rubbing against one another makes noise for the 1st few mins until it's in position. One of the control wheels (right side) is very tight & doesn't seem to do much adjustment... the right side seems fine. The vibrations are nice... does seem to help loosen stiff muscles. This chair does mimic a Stressless chair ( which we also have) you can definitely tell the difference in quality but we didn't want to spend that much money for another Stressless chair. Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. We really like these chairs! We were skeptical, as most things we get from this site seem poor quality. But I like these chairs!! My only disappointment is that the pink color is so faint. I would prefer a richer, more saturated color. I add pillows to take care of that. The thing I like most about these is that I can sit up straight instead of being forced to lean back which puts my back into a spasm. We have expensive chairs from Dania that kill my back and I can barely walk when I get up from sitting in them. These pink chairs feel fantastic. We’ve had our recliners (and coordinating couch) for a couple weeks now and we couldn’t be happier. It came at just the right time too!
