I’m pleasantly surprised by how convincing the faux leather looks — it gives the appearance of real leather without the high-maintenance feel. The chair itself feels sturdy, well-made, and overall great quality. One of my favorite features is the lift function it’s especially helpful on the knees and makes getting up much easier and more comfortable. The vibrationmassage feature is okay — pretty much what you’d expect from a chair in this category. We bought this chair for my step The good 1) ordering was easy and it arrived in just 2 days (a day earlier than originally stated 2) putting the chair together was a breeze and only took a few minutes 3) chair is extremely comfortable! The bad 1) the lift mechanism is extremely slow. I hope this doesn’t prove to be an issue down the road 2) the Cole is absolutely not even close to the color shown in the ad photos!!. Anonymous. The recliner is comfortable, reclines smoothly, and lifts to a good height for ease of getting in and out. Vibrating massage is okay, with 'low intensity' setting being barely recognizable. Heat works but takes a while to warm up. Back of the chair was finicky locking into place, and still seems a little loose. For the price point, it's a nice recliner. I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This one checked all those boxes, but was a lift chair. I didn’t really need that feature, but thought it might come in handy eventually, haha. The chair arrived in three boxes exactly a week after I ordered it. A friend helped me set it up in 20-30 minutes. I really like the comfort and looks of this recliner. I live on a farm, and the brown leather and generous sizing should stand up to dirty jeans and big guys.
