Really beautiful rug that's soft on the feet. It does not have a stiff backing so it can bunch a little if there's no nonslip pad underneath. I just got it and have not seen the shedding others talked about, but it is interesting in that from the long side, you can clearly see cream and tan stripes, but from the short side, it looks the same..
