This is a great piece, and I like the integrated drying racks. I took off 1 star because one drawer front didn’t have the holes for the knobs fully predrilled, and while it didn’t take us long to do it, that’s still a bit of a pain when you’re trying to assemble furniture after small kids have gone to bed. I was super excited to get these chairs based on their description but I am fairly disappointed with them now that they’ve arrived. First, I want to qualify my review with saying that the design is quite nice, but the execution is not so good! The legs, which must be attached, are extremely difficult to get level, so that all four are touching the floor. I spent around an hour with one chair before giving up and moving on to the next one. Then that chair had a problem! The opening for one leg was too small and I had to use a hammer to get it in. Once in, i was able to attach the leg but it was difficult because the hikes for the bolts didn’t quite line up. The other issue, and this is perhaps more impactful, is that the chairs are quite small. I am 5’6 and 150 lbs, so not a big person, and I complete fill the seat . Plus, when I lean back it feels like I’m sliding forward. There’s just not enough seat surface to feel really comfortable. Other than those issues, the chairs are attractive and built with decent construction. Too bad the little details, like making sure the leg openings are appropriately sized would’ve been nice..
