Let's face it, anyone with a standard metal bed frame has been dealing with the nonsense of bed skirts forever. I've tried them all and have never been really happy with the look. Getting a full platform bed skirt under the newer mattresses that weigh more than a car is impossible without 3 or 4 people. This blanket is nice. It had a small pull in the weaving when I opened it. I haven’t had any other issues with this though. I washed it right out of the package and there was an incredible amount of lint. It wasn’t as soft as I expected but I believe it will get softer with additional use.
