The Broan 41000 non-ducted range hood provides effective filtration, high quality and value. This under the cabinet hood includes a removable combination grease-charcoal filter for cleaner indoor exhaust recirculation. The motor is permanently lubricated and designed for years of trouble free service. Separate rocker switches control the light and 2-speed fan.

This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. The wall cap is made of 22 gauge crack steel construction with a black electrically-bonded epoxy finish for durability and long life. Sold as 1 to a carton.

This was the only vent cap that I could find with 6" round ducting, for use with my Air Exchanger input. Although it worked, with some difficulty and modification, I wish it were made of plastic instead of heavy duty aluminum. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!!
