The unit is nice and looks as pictured. What is misleading is the description says it is built on a valve that will allow you to update in the future. Do not assume, as I did, that the valve is included. We had to purchase the rough in valve separately, from a plumbing supply store, which made the value of this faucet set almost double. Avid griller and used to taking care of a grill. I love the Broil King grills and this is my second one. I ordered Cast Iron Grates for this one due to better searing qualities, but have been sadly disappointed, I season them about every 4-6 months and they are still rusting away.
