Very nice set. It's the weight that you can sue year-round if you add a blanket. Some of the blocks are almost a mixture of gray, black & white which is hard to describe. Really lovely and understated. I wanted something neutral with a little texture to it. This is perfect. The scalloped edge is a sweet bonus. I just received this lovely set and am very pleased. The quality is good and the colors are more vibrant than the photos. The border is not as dark as the photo and does have tiny flowers mixed in with the brown, which I found was not a true brown but closer to mauve. I also purchased the queen size for my double bed.
