I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. This dresser is such a pretty gray color, very true to the photos. It’s a good size and has a nice weight to it. I will say that the drawers feel cheaper than I was expecting and don’t close totally flush. The jewelry drawers were an exciting feature but the drawer doesn’t lift up enough to be able to see what’s in them without crouching down.
