Very nice hood for the price. Gives off a good amount of light but is a little loud at highest fan setting. Amazing range hood! Not easy to install, we actually still were sweating trying to get it secured in with four people involved. The instructions say at least two people, but I would get more people helping! It understandably took us a long time, but it is very sturdy. We have just short of 8 ft ceilings, and wanted it about 30” over the stovetop, so we also had to cut the two covers for the top portion. Get a metal cutting wheel and grinder, it was definitely not a job for someone who doesn’t have experience doing that, but you could cut it a different way if needed. Not necessary to alter like that though for taller ceilings, or lower placements. Installation aside, this range hood works beautifully and is strong even on its lowest setting. The lights are not blinding, and it’s nice having just buttons for control on both sides. Absolutely would recommend, for anyone who has the right help to install! Winflo carbon filters/charcoal filters are perfectly designed for ductless range hood installation. They are attached to the range hood blower to clean the air before recirculating back into the house. Ductwork is not necessary. Winflo carbon filters are the solution for the kitchens that don't have an exhausting duct option. This carbon filter fits Winflo some wall mount or island range hood. Please read range hood sticker near the motor to make sure the match.

I LOVE THIS! It is easy to install. It comes with a plug-in so you plug it into the outlet in your cabinet. It is very powerful and runs smoothly. This is a brushed stainless. There are two lights on it. There are three areas underneath where you remove them to keep them clean and they are not the flimsy type. This is a great quality event definitely not cheap looking!.
