Instructions could have been much clearer on how to install the backs of the chairs and love seat. All three had to be taken apart and reinstalled because of this . One of the cushions was missing the tie down strap. Resolution offered was a 5% credit not a replacement cushion. We would have preferred a replacement cushion but that was not offered as an option. This frame seems extremely sturdy. It took me about two hours to unboxed and put together both chairs. The instructions could be better, and I did use my own tool when attaching the chair to the swivel base.
