You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. Beautiful tub!! And durable. Delivery guys flipped it out if the back of the truck. It hit the ground on one end and ended up upside down in our driveway. It was packed extremely well and sustained no damage that we could see. It is now sitting in the gutted bedroom we have not started to remodel into a luxurious master bath. When this tub works, it’s wonderful! I wanted a heater but didn’t get one. I bought this instead and found I really didn’t need one. The water stays warm the entire time.
