We chose a rectangular stainless steel undermount sink for our new outdoor kitchen space and I already love the direction it’s going. The sharp, clean lines give it a really modern look and it feels like it’s going to elevate the entire setup. The size is exactly what I was looking for and should provide plenty of usable space for prepping and cleaning outdoors. The front offset drain was a big selling point since it keeps it out of the main working area and makes the basin feel more open and functional. I also love that it includes a drain basket, such a simple but thoughtful detail. We did hit a minor setback with our timeline so it’s still in the box and not installed yet, but I’ll be sharing updated photos as soon as it’s in place. This knife is an absolute BEAST in the kitchen!!! As someone that is in a kitchen every day of their life and loves it immeasurably, I can confidently say that there is NOTHING this knife cannot handle. From slicing 2 entire pork tenderloin in under 20 min, to daily chopping/dicing/mincing this thing does it all and comes out on the other side looking absolutely beautiful. A true piece of art to work with……My favorite among mini for sure!
