I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. I wanted to wait to take a pic when my house was done,but couldn’t wait to say how awesome this floor is! It is nice and thick, very high quality for the money. In the pics it shows a little more contrast than in person. It really looks beautiful. The workers laying the floor asked me where I got it, because they loved it. They put the whole floor down in one day (1300 sq feet) - easy to work with. I would definitely recommend! My only complaint was the delivery driver - he refused to bring it in my entryway, even though I had proof that that was on my order.
