I was well overdue for a new immersion blender, and did a good bit of research before deciding on this one. The attachments on this model are terrific. The only one I have not yet used is the masher (solid black piece), but maybe this fall when we make more mashed potatoes. The blender has a safety lock design that my previous did not. The "click" mechanism for releasing/swapping attachments makes using it a breeze. I especially like that it has three speeds for blending: pulse (which pulses though you hold the button steady), low and high. This makes it very versatile for my various uses. This looks beautiful and also creates more space in the shower with its compact dimensions. Water volume and temperature can be adjusted via a concealed tap, sold separately. With its square wall flange, the hansgrohe FixFit E wall connection pairs particularly well with a geometric faucet design. Installation is extremely simple: the FixFit E is screwed onto an existing water outlet on the wall (size G ½; DN15). After that, any commercially available shower hose can be connected. All hoses with a conical nut will fit into the holder – including shower hoses from the hansgrohe range that are identical in colour also. You can create your own dream bathroom without much effort.
