I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. This the second toilet seat I have received. I ordered 1 Guinevere 1.28 GPF Floor mounted BIDET with toilet seat. The actual BIDET has yet to be delivered. I contacted Wayfair several days ago about this problem. I as assured the toilet would be delivered by freight. I again received a delivery (today) of another toilet seat only. Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. I cannot tell you hopw disappointed I am in Wayfair. They delivered a toilet that was completely shattered. Customer service was fine and they sent out another broken toilet 3 days later. I now have two broken toilets waiting to be picked up by Federal Express. After all that, Wayfair offered no discounts or compensation for screwing up twice and all they offered to do was send out a third toilet in the hopes its not completely shattered as well. I have purchased a lit from Wayfair over the years and I think its time I gave my business to a company that provides actual customer service and not one that just keeps shipping me broken toilets.. it works as advertised. it was easy to install, but only becaues i've installed another bidet before. the instructions are not very detailed, and the rubber gaskets do not come pre-installed for all pieces. You need to double check which way they're facing prior to installing, and the instructions do not mention this at all. It is also very flimsy, despite water going through it. This product are designed for use with select Toto toilet models that require fill valve extension. This adapter has a 0.875" fill valve connection to extend the threads when access to the fill valve is limited. Connect the female end of the adapter to your fill valve and the male end to the Washlet Junction Tee. Includes rubber gasket with the screen filter.
