I really like this desk. I think its great. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right. The packaging said that I wouldn't have to send it back, and I spoke to a Wayfair representative who confirmed I didn't need to send it back for my refund. On Feb 21st I received an email telling me my refund was issued, but on March 14th, the refund still hasn't been issued. Since then, I have received another package with random parts and no instructions, they don't go to the desk.
