I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. We'll see how long this lasts, I've had it up for a whopping 5 days so far & can't speak to longevity just yet. But it looks good!. Jg. Virginia, USA. Thu Sep 04 2025

Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. I managed to put this together by myself. Took two days but I really wasn’t in a hurry. Is decent if you don’t want the heavier metal top but something a bit sturdier than the cloth ones. No written instructions, only pictures. If you can find an assembly video I recommend taking a look at that. Instructions suggest gloves and I believe a mallet hammer. Absolutely use gloves, the rooftop left me with some decent cuts on my hands. If you’re ok with using your hand to “hammer” that works, but you definitely need to do that with the roof. It might seem like it won’t fit but that’s what the mallet hammer is for. Overall I like it but you do get what you pay for.
