We are in the process of inspecting the pieces and putting it together; once together we will change the 4-star review if there are any issues. If not, we will keep the 4-star rating, taking off one star for the packaging from the manufacturer that could have been improved by simply adding a stabilizing piece of cardboard to the middle of the box.. The small size of this rack is perfect. It fits beneath my windowsill and sticks out from the wall very little. It even has cutouts at the base in order to lay flat against a wall while to accommodating a baseboard molding. Unfortunately, the cutouts are only 5 inches tall and my baseboards are 6.5 inches. The print instructions are very minimal although there's a QR code for a video.
