This product is harder to find, it did come in dirty so had to hand clean each unit, 3 out of the 50 units per defective and the magnet that came with the product is not retail user friendly. I had a spare one with handle and it worked so much better. The basic brick style magnet took some play to get unit to unlock. It does the trick but overall quality not as good as I expected. Was a bit unsure if this door holder would be suitable for my needs, but was pleasantly surprised. There is enough resistance from the magnet to hold the door open and have a little resistance when closing, but not enough to make it hard to close the door. It does make a clicking noise when the door swings open, but it doesn’t bother me. I did opt to use my own double sided tape instead of the screws on the floor piece which has worked well. The low profile is a nice feature and works well with our robot vacuum. I wish the catch on the floor was the same color as the rest of the door holder, but overall it doesn’t bother me.. Amanda. Slate, 48" x 72"

Great product. The slate magnetic professional Series 120 is awesome. Everything arrived before the actual delivery date which was great. I would recommend breaking the board in by covering entire surface with chalk with the chalk on its side. After covering the board erase, write on it and then wash with water and a sponge. The chalk tray is wide enough to hold chalk and erasers. The magnetic capability is great. Also, you can purchase 1" map hook and clips and 1" inch flag display holders for this board as well.
