Was a bit unsure if this door holder would be suitable for my needs, but was pleasantly surprised. There is enough resistance from the magnet to hold the door open and have a little resistance when closing, but not enough to make it hard to close the door. It does make a clicking noise when the door swings open, but it doesn’t bother me. I did opt to use my own double sided tape instead of the screws on the floor piece which has worked well. The low profile is a nice feature and works well with our robot vacuum. I wish the catch on the floor was the same color as the rest of the door holder, but overall it doesn’t bother me.. Amanda. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL.
