I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day. Dryer is large capacity which I love. It does take about 8-10 loads of drying before it heats to capacity when brand new. After this many loads, the dryer does heat properly so don’t be alarmed when you first use your dryer if it doesn’t get hot enough. Cons: it doesn’t have a light in the dryer so difficult to see as you are pulling out clothes. Also, the dryer vent screen is a newer design with two sides. Problem is the plastic square holes at the top hold lint even if it is not full. So as you pull multiple clothes out after a cycle, some may drag across the top plastic piece and now you have lint balls on your clothing. Fix these two problems and it will be a 5/5 dryer.. UPDATE: I ended up taking of the back to see what it was. Turns out they left a foil sticker flapping around on the fan. I removed it, and it works fine. I'm OK with the function but was disappointed at the hassle--nearly had to send it back! My original review below. I liked it, but unfortunately, after <10 uses, I hear a rattle from the inside. Works well. The air filter and lint filter are a little fussy, but they also get diner particles. The operation method is different from our old dryer, but it’s fine. As noted, it’s 120V, so it can take longer. It did great on the “challenge” load which included towels. It’s got little handholds on the side which made it easy to get into place (plus it’s light enough to move around). We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter.
