I just got my kitchen redone. Let me say that I am not a fan of stainless steel or single bowl sinks. I do not use a dishwasher. My kitchen is small and I didn’t use a dishwasher when I had one. I had first ordered a composite granite sink from a local company that was shipped here. After two sinks came chipped, I had had enough. So I ordered this sink. It’s heavy, it’s old school and deep and I like it so far. So, we’ll see how it works. It came with silicone washers, but it leaked, so the guy that did my kitchen had to use plumbers putty instead, because the sink was leaking. It also comes with sink grids and basket strainers.. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material. Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range. It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! I love this door. We paid 600 for installation. We were a little disappointed because I thought the glass would let in a little light. Our previous door bought on my light but no privacy. The door has two locks one automatically locks. The other is locked by a key. If you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing door to update your home buy it. ....Update this door is steel so it expand and contracts according to the weather. It cold now so it's hard to put the key in the door and the automatic lock does not lock, so you have to use your key to make sure it locks. There is also a space where cold come to the house.
