This single-bathroom vanity is a welcome addition to any large bathroom that could use some extra storage space. It's crafted from solid poplar wood, and it features a wire-brushed gray finish that gives it a distressed look, highlighting the natural knots and grains. This vanity comes with a polished engineered stone countertop and a composite stone sink for a complete look. It has plenty of storage, too, thanks to four spacious drawers, two cabinet doors, and a lower shelf that's roomy enough for rolled towels or storage baskets. Plus, it's accented with gold-finished metal drawer pulls for plenty of contrast.

I was rather worried about receiving this as I was afraid it would get damaged in shipping but the stone sink top was packed so well that my husband and I had quite a time unpacking it and to our relief it was perfect. This artisan hand-knotted antique masterpiece, made in France, is truly a part of history. It is an original from the time period when only the French nobility could afford to place them in chateaux or as gifts to foreign dignitaries. When the French revolution took over, they were almost outlawed as they were signing a sign of regal opulence. Many were destroyed or sold overseas, and production is almost completely shut down. Having survived the centuries, they are available for almost anyone to put in their home as part of history. With incredible detail of beautiful scrolling foliage, and arabesque details throughout, with geometric motifs carefully placed throughout. More commonly used in traditional settings, these rugs also look incredible in contemporary and modern rooms, giving a unique old-world feel that no other type of rug does. This rug's strong foundation allows has allowed it to survive the tests of time, growing more and more beautiful with age. A unique patina of wear over the years makes it truly one of a kind, meant to be enjoyed for many more years. As it is a flat-weave, the low profile is easy to walk on and fits under most doors. As with all our rugs, this rug has been professionally cleaned, though some slight discoloration may still exist. For an inexpensive rug, this is quite attractive. The pile is very low, so it doesn’t provide a lot of softness under your feet. The colors are less intense and more grey than appeared in the Wayfair images. The pattern feels printed on top of the rug rather than woven through it.
