I have had some issues with pain across my shoulders since we have been sleeping on it.. I am hoping its just my body getting use to it. It is super comfy and soft. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress. Of course our favorite was the ten thousand dollar TEMPUR PEDIC. Before I was willing to make that commitment we decided to start small with the pillows only. Super glad we did. My husbands neck and shoulder pain has subsided and mine has improved.
