Cut-outs carved into the board's short sides make it extremely easy to grip and flip to gain access to a virgin cutting surface.

Excellent quality wooden cutting board. It is 1” thick and nicely made. This should hold up extremely well in a home kitchen for general use. Will probably last for several generations.
