We have had this mattress for just a little while now and overall I’m really happy with it for the price. It expanded quickly after opening and surprisingly had no odor at all, which I was honestly expecting with a boxed mattress. The medium feel seems pretty accurate. It’s comfortable without feeling overly soft, and I haven’t been waking up sore or stiff. One thing I did notice is it has a little more bounce than I expected from a hybrid mattress, so if you prefer an extra still memory foam feel, that’s something to keep in mind. Our new CoolNes 14” medium soft memory foam king mattress is “just what the doctor ordered”. We did some research as to what mattress height would be the best for a bad back, and the 14” one was what kept coming up, so we ordered that one. It is medium firm, but not too firm. It is a full king mattress, and fits on top of the slats of our new Wayfair king bed. We have been sleeping on it for about a week, and it is still very comfortable. As you can see in the photo, it comes wrapped in a roll very tight, and my husband had to be careful opening it. It does flatten out once it is open. So far, it is definitely a 5 star mattress for us. I want to also add that once you lay the mattress flat, it takes about a day to grow to its full height. It is interesting to watch.. Maureen. This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable..
