Truly excellent, no fluff. The mattress is heavy . You need two people if you’re bringing it up the stairs. It’s easy after that. Use the inclosed tool to cut through the first layer of plastic and it begins inflating. Cut through the remaining plastic and listen to the hiss. Remove the plastic and it immediately inflates. This is not one of those mattresses that you need to wait 72 hours to inflate, it’s literally ready to go. If you need a firm mattress that’s not hard, but stiff enough, this is the one. What an excellent mattress! Not only does it have memory foam, but it does have some springs which I find to be more comfortable than a traditional foam mattress. It came packaged expertly and was very easy to unroll. I also did not have to wait the full 24 hours for it to expand fully.
