Had issues with smell from first hot fire up, wife was very upset. Seems to be over that issue, running furnace at low heat is working very well now. Makes a lot of heat with very little wood. Every order is packed in a 12" L x 12" W x 16-18" H box full of split wood. Wood will be approximately 16-18" long x 2" -3" diameter. All of our wood products undergo a kiln dry process that sterilizes, wicks away moisture, and preserves the integrity of the bark. Each product is unique as this is a natural product and may not match the picture identically.
