After running the conditioner for more than 4 hours our room didn't cool off because the heat coming out the back of the conditioner through the exhaust connection was too much heat, thus the conditioner couldn't cool the room at all. So very disappointed! It clearly says in their advertising that it has a 330 lbs weight capacity but after reading the manual it only had a weight capacity of 265 lbs. I am so upset.
