It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. Great product and very useful. Hanging directions should have reminded installers as to which piece should go in on the bottom. Also: should advise that installing two on top on each other will not give you an aggregate section of 2 x 24" section, but less than that, as the bottom of the bottom panel is not an effective panel and shouldn't be used when trying to place to sets one on top of another..
