The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in. This recliner came really fast. It comes in one huge box and there’s minimal assembly. You put the back on and push into place. There’s 2 side pieces that go on the back as well. Then you screw the handle on. They give you an Allen key to screw the handle on and it’s big and awkward and very frustrating to do. I just used my little hand drill. The leather is a true chocolate, brown, glossy soft and supple beautifully made aesthetically pleasing looks very modernized and the silver long handle complements it. The back is very thick and flush, which is nice. I am 5ft 4 and I have a ton of room on this chair in my feet. Don’t even touch the ground. The only thing that I don’t like is how low the handle is again I’m small and petite and I can barely reach the handle. I have to lean over the chair. Other than that, I have no issues. This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. This shed seems flimsy until it's assembled but is sturdy. However, the finish may scratch easily. I had panels that had significant scratches in them and some of the screw holes were difficult to line up. There were a few places that were impossible to get the nut on the bolt.
