Performing a vanishing act when not in use, the glide-out filter closes to expose just a thin profile of stainless steel. Unlike other similar-looking units – it allows both the lights and blower to operate when the glide is open or closed. Another unique innovation from XO.

Upgrade your home ventilation with this 80 CFM Bathroom Exhaust Fan. Designed for efficient air circulation, it quickly removes excess moisture, odors, and stale air from bathrooms, garages, laundry rooms, and other small spaces up to 80 square feet.

This is a great quality fan. My handyman assured me that it would suit my needs perfectly. I have a very small bathroom though, so, it would work better for me if I had an exhaust fan and light fixture in one. But, I plan to hold on to this and eventually use it in my basement bathroom.. Good fan!!! Attached the legs in 3 minutes or less, that’s it. I’m currently using it on my deck to circulate the air. It’s pretty powerful and quiet. It’s giving industrial vibes. Oh, maybe in a man-cave, she shed, or garage. Aesthetically, I probably wouldn’t use it inside unless my AC went out. It came with additional screws in case you want to mount it to the wall. Enjoy!. Caveat: I haven't installed it yet. But it arrived on time, in the expected condition, the packaging was protective, the instructions are clear (they're for a couple different models, so you have to pay attention to what model you're actually working with). I like the options of the different speeds and the night light, though I'd rather it were an actually adjustable speed fan (I'd pay more for that feature). I also don't like that the light is round but the housing is square... perhaps ideal for retrofit but I'm gutting the entire room and would prefer a sleeker look (it just doesn't seem to exist with the options I want). I am a little disappointed with the plastic-y look of the fixture itself though, and this is the real reason for the missing star. The visible portion of the housing is actually made of plastic, as advertised, not coated metal or anything... I guess that's good for rust-proofing, but... it just looks much cheaper than I'd rather. I'm hoping it will look better in a finished ceiling than it did during my receipt-inspection of it. I left the protective film on the light fixture in my photos, that will obviously look better once installed. I'll hopefully be able to update this review with additional photos and comments at that time. Post installation update: I like the nightlight feature, the fan is super quiet (it's hard to hear if it's turned on until it gets going even), but it's a very *yellow* light. I guess it does say 3000K is the color, but... honestly it looks more like 2500K lights than that. The paint on the ceiling is Sherman Williams High Reflective White (the highest LRV / "whitest" white paint they sell). So we will likely just use the nightlight and fan features, and rely on the other lights in the bathroom for actual light.. E.w.. PA. Tue Jan 04 2022

Update your bathroom with this stunning Lift Bridge Kitchen and Bath decorative series exhaust bath fan that is ideal for rooms up to 85 sq. ft. It comes with 2 finials, brushed nickel, and oil-rubbed bronze. This fan provides superior light with 2 E12 LED light sockets (bulbs sold separately) and efficiently vents moisture at a very quiet 1.5 sones.

My plumber asked where I got this fan light because he liked it.. me too.. there aren’t many options out there for decent looking fan light! I wish it had opaque white glass, it’s kind of swirled, but you can’t tell when it’s on. It doesn’t come with bulbs.. I have to put higher watts in, but very satisfied considering my options.. also great that it has two different accent finials. Wendy. Melrose, MA. Sat Apr 02 2022

This is a great vent fan, higher powered than what we had, and it really pulls the moisture out of the bathroom. It's a little louder than what we were used to but it makes great white noise for the bedroom on the other side of the wall.. Amanda. Chico, CA. Sun May 17 2026
