Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance, noting it looks like a regular light fixture rather than a typical bathroom fan. The fan is frequently described as quiet and easy to install. Its functionality is also praised, with users reporting it works well. However, some customers have expressed concerns about a design flaw that could lead to the glass shade cracking due to vibration.
