Wow, what a surprise. This came packed in a small box and I wasn't sure what I had ordered. It was very simple to install (every thing included and extra bolts given). The sleeper pulls out to much longer than I actually imagined and it was quite comfortable in a laying position (note I'm a 5' 3", 130 lb person). This works perfect in a living area where the sofa is too short for people to sleep on, but space is limited.
