I ordered this beautiful door, I received a door within a week, unfortunately it was the wrong door, sent it back with ease from Wayfair and re ordered the door, wrong door again, Wayfair graciously picked up the wrong door, I ordered the door from another company to see if i had the same experience , again the wrong door, I believe the company that Wayfair buys it from is confused. The door looks great and we are very pleased! The decorative diagonal pieces were missing, but Wayfair's customer service was fantastic as always. They got those shipped to us very quickly. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer would be to include a stain stick the color of the door, as the dowel plugs on the side were raw wood color, so we had to find a stain stick ourselves to try to match and blend in those dowels..
