When the box arrived it was torn, after taking inventory everything was there. The pieces were all just laid in the box not wrapped. The instructions were not written well but, once everything was assembled it is a nice sturdy dresser with a changing pad. We really like this dresser and changing topper overall. It looks beautiful in our daughter’s nursery and fits perfectly with the decor. Assembly was straightforward, and the size is great for storing baby clothes and essentials. The only downside is that the drawers feel a bit loose and don’t seem to be the highest quality. They work, but they don’t slide as smoothly or feel as sturdy as we had hoped. Looks nice and clean in our newly renovated master bath. I purchased this at a time it seemed like I couldn’t find the right door size anywhere, including the big box stores. Relatively easy to install, my husband had it in within an hour or so. We had to manually trim the sill with a saw to fit the entrance. Taking one star off because the two side panels come up higher than the actual shower door and it just looks odd, almost unfinished.
