Shipping was fast, arrived in a couple days. The extra bumper piece is inside the folds of the sweep. It threw me off a bit because the glue sticker on it is red but it applies clear. It wasn't as easy to cut as I would have hoped. We had to use a table saw, but it cut clean. It was a really tight fit but I was able to slide it on with a little extra effort. I love it! It’s exactly what I was looking for and it’s giving exactly what my bathroom needed. It’s heavy, sturdy and gorgeous.
