I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats. Just what we needed to update our Innomax fluid support bed to an Adjust-a-rest air bed! We LOVE it! It works great for King sleepers who use the middle of the bed unlike the old air number mattresses. (I do strongly recommend purchasers refer to the Innomax set-up instruction video found online because no instructions come with the product. The product does take several hours to set up and you must have a compatible bed, but it apparently fits the standard softside with 4"x6" foam rails.) So convenient to be able to get this delivered to our door in Canada with no unexpected duty/brokerage charges instead of getting it ourselves from Innomax in Denver, Colorado.
