The height is adjusted automatically by pressing one button. There are three buttons on the keyboard that can be used to set the desired height. When you press the button, the table rises to the height you remember. The lifting mechanism operates silently. The table frame is metal, so it is durable. Works from a socket. There is a minus - the tabletop is made of a material on which traces remain even from the slightest touch. You cannot raise or lower the height for a long time, as the lifting mechanism overheats and the message “hot” appears on the screen. This standing desk is the perfect addition to my home office. I like how tall and low it can raise, perfect for when I want to stand or sit. With the keyboard, I could set my preferred heights which was very convenient. It was easy to assemble and surprisingly lightweight. That's probably because the tabletop isn't real wood. Though it still looks good! There was a little section along the bottom edge of the tabletop where the wood-looking sheet was coming up on its own.
