I have ordered Costway mini splits before great units. Wayfair did great so far the first condenser arrived damaged on ports idea sent pictures and wayfair sent me a replacement But the new unit arrived slightly dented in front by cooling fan but needed to have unit installed had HVAC tech waiting to install.
